Preorder items will be charged at the time of order and shipped on or around the release dates listed on the product page. Please note that these dates are estimates only and can be occasionally delayed due to the manufacturers. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
